Sophia and Joe believe that a balanced lifestyle leads to success in all areas of life.  This means enjoying family, friends and leisure activities with as much energy as achieving success in the professional career.

Sophia is one of Guelph's top step aerobics instructors and currently teaches classes at The Athletic Club, and the University of Guelph.  Her other interests include, running, skiing, hiking,  and more recently whitewater kayaking.

Joe holds a private pilot's license and enjoys flying and working on a homebuilt airplane in his spare time.  Other favorite activities include skiing & snowboarding, climbing, and whitewater kayaking.
